Not a showcase for the Naked Chopstick's franchise. I've been to the location in Broad Ripple and thought it was great, so I ate there before hubby's last flight. It was so meh, I had him finish my share and bought a piece of pizza.
We ordered the crab crunch roll, a tuna/salmon roll, and the Korean soup. It cost over $30. I know it's the airport, but still, pretty overpriced. The Korean soup was ok, but nothing special. The tuna roll was again, ok, but nothing special. The crab roll was bad. There were enough tempura chips for three rolls. Also, it wasn't rolled properly, so the pieces kept coming open and spilling when they were picked up. The rice was somehow both overly sticky, but too dry. If you go, bypass this place for Mickey D's, then hit the good location in BR while you're in town. -

Got the noodles and general tsos chicken on a plate. General tsos chicken was flavorful, but the noodles didn't really have flavor. Mix both items for better results.

This was BAD! I actually had to spit a peice of fish out. (Discreetly into a napkin of course) Don't do it! I have had airport sushi in S.F. and Chicago and it was pretty good. This was just NASTY. I found myself envying the folks with MC Donalds. Nuff said.
